★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 134 reviews · 3 hours 30 minutes (approx.) · from $78

Follow an English-speaking local guide through four Málaga food stops, from a tavern dating to 1840 to a final taste of the city’s Locas pastry. Expect generous tapas, included drinks, local food stories and a small group of up to 12. Guides such as José, Rosario and Rubén have led the route, though stops and dishes can change.

“It was our first night in Malaga. Normally we’d be hesitant about where to try. Jose Luis removed that worry: four food/drink stops, all interesting, all different. Jose did a great job developing a ‘group spirit’ which made the evening fun too, and seeking our input about preferences before ordering things to taste at each venue. It was clear that he has a great relationship with staff at each stop, meaning we always felt welcome, which is an important factor in enjoying bar/restaurant visits. A really enjoyable evening, and we enjoyed learning about Andalusian/Spanish food and drink too. A big thank you, Jose!”
